Students don't have much time, and they have to get up early and get greedy. So we should make use of trivial little time. For example, on the way to and from school, you can lose weight by walking. Take big steps when walking, tuck in your abdomen and straighten your upper body. Keep a correct sitting posture in class, put books between your legs and knees, stick to it and make your legs slender!

Don't sit for half an hour after supper. Eat more and eat less. You can eat 4-6 meals a day, and each meal is five points full, so that you won't leave excess fat in your body.

No meat after five o'clock in the afternoon! Don't eat after eight o'clock.

Remember to drink plenty of water. As a student, you should pay attention to your health while losing weight!
