In order to let more people know about yoga culture, we should approach yoga and change our physical and mental state. This time, Alto Holistic Yoga College once again invited Mr. Ranni, an Israeli yoga teacher with more than 40 years of practical experience, to share Akhand yoga with us.

Akhande yoga

Akhand Yog is a set of sequences handed down by yoga practitioners in the ancient Himalayan region: combination asana, pranayama technique, Maram (pressing body acupoints that activate life energy), and finally ending with meditation. Akhand means "uninterrupted" Through daily persistence, we encourage ourselves to enter higher intensity exercises. This sequence aims to cultivate the foundation of lifelong practice, develop the cognition of breath energy from the outer layer to the inner layer, and guide the students to the final practice.
