Fritz has been studying chocolate for more than ten years, and his company has been established 10 years. Now he has opened a specialty store in Hollywood and a branch in Dubai. "Making delicious and interesting chocolate is a pleasure, and the process may be difficult, but I am glad to choose this as my career." Fritz made a special trip from Hollywood to Shanghai to participate in the celebration of Museum Day, not only because he was born in Andersen's hometown of odense, but also because he wanted to show these chocolates to his friends in China.

While Fritz showed off his unique skills in chocolate making, the odense Case Museum also tried to "resurrect" the classic characters in Andersen's fairy tales for tourists.
