Learn to swim in ten hours!
This summer vacation, girls' courses have come to an end. I wish I had time to learn to swim. After careful consideration, I finally decided to study with her!

When I came to the swimming pool of the sports school, I found that most parents were waiting in the playground outside the door, and almost all the children learned it by themselves.

A 40-year-old mother of mine learned it with her children, which is really hard to get. Anyway, there is not a saying that the best time to learn any skill is ten years ago or now.

Ten classes, one hour each! That is to say, you should learn to swim in 10 hour! I'm so excited to think about it!

The ten learning processes are as follows:

1 class, learn breaststroke kicking, and practice imitating movements on land.

In the second class, my mother kicked the breaststroke leg with a floating board, which was very standard. My baby floats on a floating board, and finally he can kick his legs, which makes great progress.

In the third class, in the first half of the class, I use the floating board to float the breaststroke leg, and in the second half, I float my own breaststroke leg. But I'm a little nervous. Float means that the body is a little tilted, and occasionally you can float the breaststroke legs. My kicking is very standard, but I have made great progress in every class. Come on!

In the fourth class, learn the breaststroke rower, and the rower cooperates with kicking. The rower is not in place and the coordination is not harmonious. Because the new moves I just learned are not skilled, I can cooperate perfectly in the next class and make progress in every class!

In the fifth class, the rowers who practiced for one class cooperated with kicking. Compared with last class, the hands and feet are well coordinated and the movements are very standard [strong] [strong] [strong].

In the sixth class, I learned to breathe, but I was still not skilled. I will continue to practice tomorrow [chuckle]

In the seventh class, I practiced breaststroke coordination, and the rowers looked up for air, which made progress compared with the last class. I will continue to practice tomorrow.

In the eighth class, the coordination of breaststroke practice and the rower's head up for air can complete two complete movements independently, which is really good [strong] [strong] [strong].

However, at the ninth level, breaststroke has been able to do six moves in a row. My mother has a weak waist and a poor sense of balance. When she looked up for air, her body sank a little, with two layers of small back floating, and she could do four movements in a row.

10 class, we were supposed to swim in the deep water today, but we were a little scared, so we didn't swim in the deep water. I can swim continuously in shallow water for more than 10 meters. I took a small back to swim in the deep water, and finally I tried to swim in the deep water myself, but there was no back drift. I'm nervous and scared, or I can swim from deep water to shallow water continuously, but it's all great. Congratulations on our success.

The amateur sports school swimming elementary class 10 class is over! La la la! We are very happy to graduate!

From novelty, panic, fear, try, practice, challenge, and finally do it! Never thought I could do it! This mood is really awesome!
