Introduction of Taiwan map
During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1736- 1795), the book was painted at the bottom of the paper. A picture scroll, 42 cm long and 438 cm wide. Taiwan Province Province was called Yizhou and Ryukyu in ancient times. In the 23rd year of Qing Emperor Kangxi (1684), the Taiwan Province government was established, which was subordinate to Fujian Province. Therefore, "Map of Taiwan" is also called "the geographical map of Fujian and Taiwan". Zhuluo County in the picture was set up when Kangxi established Taiwan Province Province, and was renamed Chiayi County in the fifty-second year of Qianlong (1787). Based on this, it can be judged that the drawing date of this picture should be before the name change, that is, 1787 years ago.
