Try to stay calm. Don't be angry. It is relatively easy to find happy things. But if you encounter something that makes you particularly angry, you will inevitably have an argument with others. So try to exercise your endurance. Don't haggle over every ounce. Learn to be tolerant, be kind to yourself, and be kind to people around you.
