If you want to make the text completely thinner, please choose Arrange in the menu-> Just convert the outline into an object and subtract the original text from the edge converted into an object, but be careful that too much text may crash.

So generally speaking, you just need to draw a white line.

However, it is recommended to change the font and find a thinner font. If you can't find it, use the above method.
