Meditation is an unknown thing. In my village, I have an uncle who often attends Mr. Goenka's Vipassana Training Camp. Many people think that he went the wrong way. So, for me, meditation is something I'm not sure about. When I was a teenager, I was a boy who was regarded as a social shame. People will not recommend their children to make friends with me.
When I was 0/7 years old, I got a weekly essay published by Swami Sachchidananda (also known as Khaptad Baba) in a national daily newspaper. If the topic is related to meditation, I may have skipped this part. But the title is very attractive. It is "how to get rid of a bad idea from your mind and replace it with a good one". Not very interesting? It's like a way to purify the mind. I noticed that my brain was full of smelly sludge, and I wanted to clean it up. But I don't know. This article opened my mind, and I followed and practiced what was written above. When I practice, I begin to understand that I practice meditation.
At first, I felt very lucky. For this reason, I don't need to plan or force meditation. I meditate whenever I have time. As a beginner, my meditation routine is like this: wake up: whenever I open my eyes at night. Meditation in the morning: mindfulness-body scanning (body awareness of mindfulness)-meditation-dispelling (1-2 hours) After meditation: If it is still dark, sleep till dawn.
Afternoon meditation: mindfulness-concentration-meditation-goodness (1-2 hours) After meditation: study at night-meditation before going to bed: Anapanasati-body scanning (mindfulness of body consciousness)-meditation-eliminating evil (1-2 hours) meditation will study or sleep regularly according to my mood and time.
At the beginning of my meditation trip, basically, my life was mainly meditation. According to my other schedule, I meditate for 4 to 8 hours every day. Sometimes, I often meditate after dinner until the early hours of the morning, which lasts about 8 hours.
Now, my life is very different. I have many other life obligations, such as obligations to family members, obligations to society, and so on. This reduces my daily meditation time and my meditation plan.
My daily meditation is as follows: morning meditation: mindfulness or meditation-body scanning (body awareness of mindfulness) or Vipassana-Zen -Quo (optional) (60-90 minutes) and afternoon meditation: mindfulness or meditation-inner multiplication-meditation-outer multiplication (optional) (60-90 minutes).
Optional in the afternoon: Mindfulness-Zen-Sadness (optional) (60-90 minutes) Meditation Marathon once a month: once a month (usually the last weekend of each month), I practice meditation for a long time, which I call meditation marathon. Can help me greatly increase the time of deep meditation. This helps me to make rapid progress in the higher realm of Zen. The typical meditation marathon program is as follows: mindfulness-meditation-Vipassana-meditation-Vipassana-meditation-meditation (4-8 hours, 3-4 breaks, 15-30 minutes).
At present, my average daily meditation time is 3 to 4 hours. In addition, there is a 4-8 hour meditation marathon every month. Insist on meditation, because meditation is primitive. Keep calm and calm in a calm state.
