I am the same TV as you. No.4 can't watch it anymore, and the error code (1,-1004) is displayed. I called the customer service and said I could watch it the next day. It's the fourth day, and I still can't watch it. I'm really angry. I'm still waiting.

This is not a network reason at all. My computer and the TV in my room can watch videos online, and it doesn't matter. The router has been reopened and tried. The game can be downloaded and updated in fun, but I can't see any videos in fun.
