Step two:

Delete the following folders: World of Warcraft/Date/Cache.

Step 3:

Delete locked files and unofficial patches ending in ".". "Lock" is in the following three folders (that is, the MPQ file that you put into the client and does not belong to the client itself, please check it carefully before deleting it).
