1, preparation work
The necessary materials include transfer printed cloth and composite transfer paper (hereinafter referred to as paper). Necessary equipment includes computer (engraving software needs to be installed), engraving machine, workbench and heat transfer machine.
2, typesetting output
First, create a suitable canvas, at least beyond the width of the actual banner, and create a new file;
Secondly, enter the designed text, click [Advanced Function-Mirror Option], and choose horizontal mirror, vertical mirror, fixed angle and arbitrary according to your own needs. Basically, horizontal mirroring is commonly used;
If you want to determine the position of the text more accurately, you can choose to draw auxiliary lines to confirm the position first, draw vertical lines, set blank positions on both sides, and set parameters such as text size, font and kerning.
Right-click the text [Text Decomposition], and each word is a text block, which saves time and effort and can also prevent mistakes. When there are many words, three or four words can be considered as a group and output at the same time, which will be engraved on the transfer paper by the engraving machine.
Then, according to the background color and text color required by the banner (generally white characters on a red background are common), decide whether the exposure is yin or yang, select the corresponding cloth, stick the colored side of transfer paper on the cloth, and transfer it on the machine.

3. Banner processing
If it is made into a banner with scarlet letters on a yellow background and red edges, on the contrary, lettering is made on red paper, and two straight lines are carved along the longitudinal direction, and the words are stripped to form positive characters, leaving two red paper edges (the paper looks like scarlet letters on a white background and red edges at this time), and yellow cloth is selected for transfer printing on the machine. Raise the temperature of the tape machine to the working temperature (generally above 200 degrees Celsius, which may be different due to the different working environment), and the finished transfer paper will be transferred and molded on the machine!
