What are the training methods for women's back bow, waist and back bodybuilding?
(1) Pull the back bow. Preparatory: Stand with your back to the wood (or other fixed equipment), hold the wood with your hands behind your back, and stand upright with your legs together.

The first to the second beat: chest forward, abdomen forward, pulp delivery, back arch, and heel lift;

The third to fourth beats: resume the preparatory style.

Can be done repeatedly. You can also pull the supporting wood with one hand and make a lunge with the other leg forward.

(2) Double back arch. Preparatory type: two people lie on their backs, and one person's left hand and the other person's right hand hold each other on their heads.

The first to the second beat: both of them take a step forward with one leg lunge (one across the left leg and one across the right leg), straighten their arms, tuck in their stomachs, and show a double back bow;

Repeat the third and eighth beats.

On the second beat and the eighth beat, two people change hands and legs to make each other bow.
