Introduction: practicing yoga has many benefits, and relieving pain is one of them. The following is my yoga pose to relieve low back pain, please refer to it!
1. Baby style (yoga brick)
Knees slightly apart, toes touching, hands stretched forward and placed on the brick.
Hold for 3-5 minutes.
2. Cat tail-pulling type
Start with the four-legged bench pose, with the left hand extended forward and the right leg extended backward.
Abdominal adduction, lengthening the spine, keeping breathing for 5 times, repeating on different sides.
3. lunge twist
Take a lunge, put your left hand on the brick and your right hand on the outside of your right hip.
Twist your body to the right and look at the top right.
Keep breathing for 5 times and repeat on different sides.
4. Triangle (wall-assisted)
The right foot is forward, the left foot is buckled, and the length of the two feet is one leg.
Put your right hand on the wall, put your left hand up and look at the top left.
Keep breathing for 5 times and repeat on different sides.
5. Push the dog under the wall
Feet are hip width apart and about one leg away from the wall.
Push the wall with both hands and stretch your back 1 min.
6. Bridge type (brick auxiliary)
Feet are hip width apart, bricks are placed under the sacrum, and hands reach to the top of the head.
Keep it for 3-5 minutes, and repeat it by changing sides.
Bend your legs and lie back and relax.
Lie on your back, bend your knees, step on the ground, spread your hands to both sides, and land on your lower back.
Hold for 3-5 minutes.
