1. stir-fry bamboo shoots
Cut bamboo shoots into slices or shredded bamboo shoots, add a little oil to a hot pot, add bamboo shoots and stir fry, add salt, sugar and monosodium glutamate, and stir fry over low heat until shredded bamboo shoots are cooked.
2. Fried shredded pork with bamboo shoots

Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add too much water in the cooking process of bamboo shoots. Just add a small amount of oil and other simple seasonings and stir fry.
2. Don't fiddle with the bamboo shoots in the pot, first evaporate the water on the surface of the bamboo shoots and then stir them to make the bamboo shoots uniform in color.
3. If you use fresh bamboo shoots and blanch them until they are completely cooked, the astringency of bamboo shoots can be removed.
