3? Check-up with qq housekeeper//Clean up garbage//Slim down with the system.

4? You don't need to uninstall qq housekeeper, just uninstall one with 360 operation.

If it can't be cleaned up, install Kaspersky (probation period is 30 days) for antivirus, and the disk itself has disk cleaning.

I often use the above method, and I use the commercial version of Kaspersky. Your picture shows that you are using 360, and you are using qq housekeeper to see how much garbage you can clean up.
