Turn your head back: enter from the downward dog style, lean forward and lift your feet and legs at the same time. The body is in a straight line, perpendicular to the ground. Move your legs behind your body, bend over and put your feet on the wall. You can feel the swelling and tension in your hips, waist and chest.
Inverted back bend: the body muscles begin to tense, the arm muscles exert strength, and the inner legs tighten. Don't contract your shoulders and neck, adjust your breathing rate and don't hold your breath. Do a standard handstand before doing a handstand or bending posture. Grasp the distance between the palm of your hand and the object, straighten your legs, put your feet together and keep the vertical position unchanged. Feel the chest expand outward, the spine bend downward, the hips move downward, the waist is parallel to the ground, and the muscles behind the legs lean against the trunk.
Yoga:
Yoga originated in India and has a history of more than 5,000 years. It is called "the treasure of the world". Yoga originated in the Himalayan foothills of northern India. When practicing body and mind in nature, ancient Indian yogis accidentally discovered that all kinds of animals and plants are born with methods of treatment, relaxation, sleep or staying awake, and can recover naturally without any treatment.
Therefore, ancient Indian yogis observed, imitated and experienced animal gestures, and created a series of physical and mental exercise systems, namely postures. These postures have been tempered for more than 5,000 years. Yoga has taught people healing methods and benefited people from generation to generation.
