1. Know the swimming pool and swimming posture: sit down by the pool, put your hands in the water, slowly put your head in the water, and slowly exhale and inhale the air. This action needs more practice to get used to it. When in the water, the palm supports the pool, and the body is in a straight line, bending over and appearing on the water.
2. Practice buoyancy: straighten your arms, put your feet and legs together, hover in the water to relax your body and feel the buoyancy of the water.
3. Practice breathing: When swimming on the water, look up, open your mouth and inhale air. Take a deep breath, then put your head back in the water and spit out the exhaled air.
4. Practice freestyle: When you start swimming, you need to learn to hold the pole and step on the ground by the pool. Then you can learn the slow freestyle. First, you can practice the basic movements of treading water, swinging your arm, biting your teeth and shutting up, and then you can speed up.
5. Practice backstroke and breaststroke: backstroke needs to learn the breathing skills when swimming backwards, practice raising your arms forward, put your hands close to your head, and then do water treading. Breaststroke needs to learn to tread water, get up and get out of the water, close your legs, straighten your arms and bend forward on your head, kick your legs in breaststroke and shift your center of gravity.
Need to practice the basic skills of swimming, need to persist. The swimming coach will always guide you to learn the correct skills and postures and help you.
