If you are still upset after using all these methods, it doesn't matter, there are other ways! That's sleeping. I don't know if this method is universal, but it works well for me anyway, because maybe my brain is not very good, just like an old computer. For me, once I think too much, I will feel sleepy and slow, and then sleeping is the best solution.
