Eat only five or six apples on the first day (never more than seven, no water, no other food, only apples)
Only drink yogurt or milk the next day, and the overall weight is not more than 3 to 4 kilograms (you can't drink water or eat other things, you can only drink yogurt or milk).
Eat normally on the third day and the fourth day.
Continue to eat apples on the fifth day.
Drink yogurt or milk on the sixth day.
Eat normally on the seventh and eighth days.
Repeat it many times until you lose a satisfactory weight.
Note: You must not drink water on Apple Day and Yogurt Day.
