The smiling girl in the picture above is a 33-year-old returnee, female doctor, outstanding young teacher and mother of a 2-year-old child. Unfortunately, she has terminal breast cancer.

She is the author of Unfinished Life, Yu Juan, a young female teacher of Fudan University. During her stay in hospital, she deeply reflected on her long-term unhealthy lifestyle in her blog, hoping to help more people.

Of course, there is no necessary causal relationship between unhealthy lifestyle and cancer; But there is a strong correlation between them.

Unfortunately, this really happens to everyone. Part of it is due to "natural disasters", however, more is due to "man-made disasters".

A healthy lifestyle can not only greatly reduce "man-made disasters", but also make you have a strong body and agile thinking, greatly reducing the probability of "natural disasters".

However, many people fall into the misunderstanding of pursuing health.

Many people think that as long as they are thin, they are beautiful and healthy, and as a result, they fall into the wrong path of slimming. Take diet pills, drink tea, go on a diet (I dare not eat enough for every meal), or skip dinner, replace dinner with fruit, and some even have surgery and smoke fat.

We have to admit that many diet pills and tea are really effective, but at the expense of health. When you lose weight, you are likely to have a lot of problems, such as loss of appetite, gastrointestinal dysfunction, insufficient absorption of vitamins and minerals, malnutrition, dehydration, headache, insomnia, hypertension, tachycardia and so on.

Skipping dinner and replacing dinner with fruit will not only cause malnutrition, but also cause revenge for eating more breakfast the next day.

As for liposuction, it is not only expensive and easy to rebound, but also prone to skin ecchymosis, wrinkles, numbness, infection and other problems, and even life-threatening.

In order to keep a clear head, there are too many tricks: applying wind oil and cool oil, drinking Red Bull and Le Hu, smoking one after another, drinking strong tea and coffee, taking caffeine pills if coffee fails, and even abusing your body, twisting your thighs and slapping your face. Of course, there is our ancient "head hanging beam stabbing"

Through various stimuli, it is indeed possible to temporarily fool the brain and achieve a period of sobriety, but these methods are unsustainable and at the expense of overdraft health. Over time, physical problems are concentrated.

If you want to build a good figure, you need a three-pronged approach.

A. Eat every meal, and be full at every meal, but don't eat every meal.

B.there is no substitute for fruit meal. A proper amount of fruit is reasonable for a normal meal, but don't eat fruit as a meal.

C. eat less sweets. Sugar in sweets can promote the secretion of insulin, which leads to the accumulation of fat. I suggest you give up sugary drinks (including fruit juice), drink unsweetened soybean milk, unsweetened coffee, unsweetened tofu and unsweetened chocolate, and eat less honey, cakes and desserts.

D. eat less high-carbohydrate staple foods. Foods processed with refined flour (bread, bread, steamed bread, noodles, etc. ) and starchy foods (rice) will fill the blood circulation with glucose very quickly. Blood sugar rises, insulin is secreted and more fat is stored.

As far as possible, reduce the foods processed by refined flour and starchy foods and replace them with whole grains (brown rice, barley, oats, buckwheat and whole wheat flour), and enough vegetables, meat, eggs and milk.

Everyone's 1 day is only 24 hours. What you have to do is to improve work efficiency, not squeeze sleep time.

Sleep is a process of self-repair, memory enhancement and physical strength supplement, so we must attach great importance to it.

A. ensure more than 7 hours of sleep. The internationally recognized sleep standard is 7-9 hours a day (including a nap or nap), and the basic standard is not sleepy and energetic during the day.

B. don't use electronic products in bed. The blue light emitted from the screen of electronic products will inhibit the secretion of melatonin, which is the key hormone to put the body into sleep.

C. Turn it off before going to bed, or set it to "do not disturb mode". Please feel free to turn off your mobile phone boldly. Not only will you not miss any important events, but you can also effectively suppress the impulse to use your mobile phone in bed. If you really don't feel at ease, you can set the home number 1-2 (to ensure that you can make a phone call in the Do Not Disturb mode).

D don't drink coffee, strong tea or alcohol before going to bed. Coffee, strong tea and alcohol can stimulate the brain, which is not conducive to falling asleep quickly and efficiently.

E. carry a sleep aid artifact with you. On planes, trains, hotels and dormitories, wearing soft earplugs and eye patches, the whole world was quiet and dark, and began a sweet sleep.

A. reposition the movement. In addition to fitness for specific parts of the body (such as vest training), the result of exercise usually does not make you slim down, but makes your body full of vitality. If you weigh yourself and lose weight, it is the water consumed during exercise, which is easy to replenish. Get rid of the illusion of exercise to lose weight and really take exercise as a part of life.

B. only compare with yourself. The exercise situation of others can be used as a reference to know your real exercise level, but when exercising, you can only compare with yourself yesterday. As long as you can achieve your weekly exercise goal, that's great. If there is a little breakthrough, it will be an unexpected surprise

C. Be patient and step by step. If you want to keep exercising for a long time, you should set a lower goal at the beginning, and then gradually improve the training intensity according to your physical condition after forming the exercise habit. At first, overexertion is not only easy to get hurt, but also easy to suffer great frustration, thus entering a vicious circle of "from beginning to giving up".
