1. After waking up, you must decide whether to eat or eat meat today.

If you want to eat.

Be a vegetarian today, and don't touch meat, eggs or fish (animal protein).

Vegetarianism seems to be more free, but it must be stipulated that a meal should not exceed half a bowl of white rice.

If you want to eat meat

You can't touch rice or bread (starch), sweets or drinks, milk (lactose).

Try not to eat fruit, unless it is not too sweet, fructose will fool you.

Choose a food that can eat both: vegetables.

The effective method is:

Vegetarian Day: breakfast: steamed bread (1~2), lunch: a small dish+half a bowl of rice, and dinner: a small dish/a raw cucumber+half a bowl of rice.

Eat protein Day: Breakfast: 2 eggs/a large glass of sugar-free soybean milk: a piece of chicken chops (a piece of chicken is also acceptable)/some fish+raw cucumbers; Dinner: 2~3 eggs+a cucumber.

Don't eat messy things, you will lose weight much faster. It is best to be vegetarian for at least three days in the first week.

The second week refers to the meat-eating day in the first week. Keep at it, and you will lose weight soon.

This is the most orthodox MM weight loss method in Taiwan Province Province, and I hope to adopt it!
