Physiotherapy can generally use hyperthermia, such as hot water bath, water bath or shower, mineral spring bath, etc. To increase local blood circulation, relax muscles, relieve pain, promote joint activity, maintain normal function and prevent deformity.
2. Drug therapy
The drugs for treating AS can be divided into three categories: ① drugs that control disease activity and affect the progress of the disease course, such as sulfasalazine and methotrexate, and the latest "biological agents" with remarkable curative effects (such as the fusion protein of etanercept-tumor necrosis factor antibody listed in June 2007+June 2007). It is suitable for active ankylosing spondylitis, peripheral arthritis and newly discovered ankylosing spondylitis. ② Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are suitable for patients with severe and stiff pain at night and can be taken before going to bed. (3) Analgesics and muscle relaxants, such as analgesics, prednisolone and Shuping, are often used for those who have failed to use NSAIDs for a long time.
3. Surgical therapy
Severe kyphosis can be corrected after the condition is stable, and lumbar deformity can be corrected by spinal osteotomy. Osteotomy of the seventh thoracic region of the neck 1 can correct severe cervical deformity. Row reported that cervical spine injury was caused by degeneration in 2 1 AS patients, and half of them had a good prognosis after conservative treatment. The other half underwent decompression and internal fixation due to repeated displacement of cervical vertebra or nerve compression, and also achieved good results. Total hip replacement or artificial hip replacement is feasible for severe flexion deformity of hip joint, but the effect is not ideal and it is easy to be stiff again after operation.
Please go to a regular big hospital to see a doctor, avoid using drugs indiscriminately, delay the illness, keep exercising, maintain normal function and check regularly. I wish you a speedy recovery.
