At the beginning of construction, the construction unit does not pay attention to the compilation of engineering data, and often reports the engineering data after the completion of a sub-project construction, which leads to delay and lag.

Engineering data should be collected, sorted and handed over according to regulations with the construction progress. In the future work, I will strictly require the construction unit to do a good job in compiling and submitting the engineering data to ensure the truthfulness, effectiveness and completeness of the engineering data, and lay the foundation for the smooth acceptance of the project.

Librarian's 20__ year work plan

1. The project will enter the stage of foundation and main body construction. There are many construction teams and projects, and the technical data involved are complex, which is also a test for my work potential. I will, as always, earnestly perform my duties. Strengthen the supervision of civil engineering, installation and safety data of all construction units, and consult them regularly to ensure that the technical data are timely and complete and meet the acceptance requirements of quality inspection stations.

2. Seriously receive, record and archive all important documents and letters in the construction process.

3. Assist various professional engineers in the engineering department to do a good job of sorting and filing all construction materials.

I feel lucky and proud to be able to participate in a large-scale project with many construction projects and complete supporting facilities. Compared with other colleagues, my strength is insignificant. I hope leaders and colleagues will criticize and correct my shortcomings in future work. I will sum up the shortcomings of the past, continue to work hard and contribute my meager strength to the construction of the company!
