The first Italian salad
A tomato, half a cucumber, a boiled egg, some slices of ham, a slice of lettuce and half a lemon.
1。 Tomatoes are pedicled and cut into small petals. If there is a cherry tomato, cut it in half.
2。 Slice the cucumber, wash the lettuce and soak it in ice water, then shake off the water and cut it into your favorite size.
3。 Slice boiled eggs, slice them at will.
Put the above materials into a container, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and olive oil, and squeeze a little fresh lemon juice. The heat is very low, sour and crisp. Suitable for MM who is afraid of being fat
Malay salad
1。 An immature green mango, chopped.
2。 Cucumber (peeled and shredded)
3。 Half-shredded onion
4。 2 shredded peppers.
5。 A pinch of shrimp (washed, drained and chopped)
Two tablespoons of fried sesame seeds
Two spoonfuls of peanuts, stir-fried, peeled and crushed (don't grind into powder, but it tastes good)
Sauce:
Half a cup of lemon juice
Half a spoonful of sesame oil
A spoonful of fish sauce
One to one and a half teaspoons of fine sugar (coconut sugar will be more fragrant)
A little salt
Exercise:
Stir all the ingredients except sesame seeds and peanuts and put them in the refrigerator. It will taste better if it is cold.
If you want to eat it right away, you don't have to put it in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and peanuts at the end of serving.
