How to cook meat (fat-reducing meal)?
Cut the meat into pieces and marinate it with soy sauce, salt and a little oil for ten minutes.
Roll the meat on the fried chicken powder (compared with the food composition table of fried chicken powder and bread crumbs, the salt content and carbohydrate content of bread crumbs are too high), put the meat in an air frying pan and preheat it at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then pour the meat into the pan and bake it at 200 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
