1. Open the picture to see if the actual size of the picture is within the required size range.

Nothing can be scaled, such as a 980*600 size picture. Just adjust the screen width to 980, and pay attention to the constraint scale.

2. Select PS cutting tool, fill the size of 980*600, and cut the output.
