Recipe practice:
1. Buy tofu with uniform size, scald it with boiling water, and squeeze out the water for later use.

3. Add Jiang Mo, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, corn flour and thirteen spices into the minced meat and stir well. There is also salt, (a small amount of salt is added when cooking because of soy sauce and oyster sauce)
4. After the seasoning is mixed well, add chopped water chestnut and chopped green onion and mix well.
After the meat is mixed, the tofu is ready. Dig a small hole with a piece of tofu.
6. Fill the tofu with meat stuffing with a spoon or directly by hand.
7. After the tofu is filled, try to clean the meat stuffing on the surface to make the surface smooth. Soak all the tofu according to the first two steps.

17. Put the tofu neatly on the plate, pour the remaining soup on it and decorate it with chopped green onion.
