Formula: light cream 125g, sweet cream 125g, 60g milk, yolk 1, 3 bright films, 200g dark chocolate, 65g light cream and brandy 10g.
Production method:
1. Add water to a small bowl, put the bright film in, and soak the bright film first. Cut the dark chocolate into chocolate pieces, separate the egg white from the yolk, put a small amount of whipped cream and milk into a small bowl and stir well, then boil the milk and whipped cream, pour the boiled milk into the yolk, and stir quickly while pouring. 2. Put the soaked bright film into the egg yolk solution and stir until the bright film is completely melted, then pour the stirred liquid into the chocolate crumbs and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Tip: 1. Mousse cake is much more expensive than ordinary fresh cream cake, because the raw materials used in mousse cake are much more expensive than ordinary fresh cream cake. In order to save costs, some cake shops make Mu Si cakes with mousse powder. Mousse powder has various flavors and can be made directly from milk. So everyone tries to do it at home, so as to ensure that the raw materials are genuine.
