In order to improve the overall product quality of China beer industry, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine recently conducted a national supervision and spot check on the quality of beer products. * * * 80 kinds of products from 79 beer enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Hebei, Jilin, Henan, Shandong, Guangdong, Guizhou, Hunan, Hubei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Fujian, Gansu and other provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government were randomly selected. According to the mandatory national standards GB4927-200 1 beer, GB2758- 198 1 fermented wine hygiene standard, GB 10344 beverage and wine label standard and enterprise standard of product expression, the hygienic index, physical and chemical index, sensory index and net content specified in the standards were determined. The spot check results show that:
First, the products of large and medium-sized enterprises are of good quality. This time, 36 products from 35 large enterprises were randomly selected, and 35 products were qualified, with a sampling pass rate of 97.2%. 25 products of 25 medium-sized enterprises were randomly selected, and 23 products were qualified, with a sampling pass rate of 92%. Spot checks show that the products of most large and medium-sized enterprises have high sensory quality, clear and transparent appearance, white and delicate foam, pure aroma and light taste, and the quality can be comparable to the advanced level abroad.
Second, the product quality of small enterprises is not satisfactory, and there are many problems. This spot check 19 small enterprise 19 product is qualified 1 1 product, and the qualified rate is only 57.9%. Among the eight unqualified products, the main unqualified items are the original wort concentration, true fermentation degree, diacetyl, turbidity and other key indicators affecting beer quality. This is due to the low level of enterprise management, poor production equipment, weak technical force and difficult to guarantee product quality.
Three, involving personal safety tied and non "B" bottle packaging beer is still not extinct. The bundled and non-"B" bottle packaging of beer often causes injuries and disabilities, which directly endangers the personal safety of consumers. For this reason, the new national standard for beer stipulates that the glass bottles used for bottled beer must be B-type bottles that meet the requirements and must not be tied up with ropes for sale. However, in this spot check, it was found that some enterprises still use non-B-standard glass bottles and adopt bundled sales methods.
Four, individual enterprises to cooked beer as pure draft beer. Draft beer is a kind of beer that abandons the traditional thermal sterilization process, filters out yeast and miscellaneous bacteria through aseptic membrane filtration technology, and finally carries out aseptic filling. Because liquor and packaging equipment are under aseptic control, various nutrients in draft beer are not destroyed, its flavor stability is better, and it is fresher, purer and more nutritious than cooked beer. This spot check found that the sucrose invertase activity of some products was negative, which could not meet the characteristics requirements of pure draft beer.
In view of some product quality problems reflected in the spot check, AQSIQ has asked local technical supervision departments to strengthen the daily supervision of small and medium-sized brewery products, strengthen the inspection of bundled packaging and the use of non-"B" bottles of beer, and especially crack down on illegal acts of counterfeiting and selling fakes. At the same time, it is necessary to intensify the rectification and reexamination of unqualified product manufacturers, and urge enterprises to improve quality awareness, quality management and quality control, technological level, inspection ability and product quality, so as to provide consumers with high-quality and safe products.
