In fact, I have always been a person who loves sports, but I don't like sports! Until one day, I remember it was the spring of 20 14, and I decided to do something to save myself, so I began to devote myself to sports!

I. Sports I have been engaged in for many years

Walking: It started with walking. Not fast, but a little faster than usual (about 120 steps per minute), because I usually walk slowly. From the beginning of March, 20 14, after dinner in the evening, I went for a walk in the nearby HKUST playground. At that time, my mobile phone was not a smart phone and I couldn't listen to music. I walked around like this, a little monotonous and boring, but walking became more and more addictive. Sometimes I don't want to go home after walking for an hour, but I just want to keep walking, walking and walking until June. Thanks to my sister, I have a smart phone, and I can listen to the radio while walking.

Cycling: I bought a mountain bike at the beginning of 20 14, and I still lived in the city center. On summer nights, I will go for a ride by bike! Well, take a ride, because it's really windy! I walked east along Yuhua Road alone until I reached the Plaza of Stars, where many cyclists stopped. Riding a bike is a very cool thing. I especially like the feeling of riding a bicycle: I can shuttle freely like the wind, breathe freely, and my thoughts rotate with the wheels and fly to far, far places! Very carefree! So I had a dream: carrying a camera and riding a bike to a far place! Record every scenery with pictures, every mood with words, and every trip with footsteps! Under my influence, drive and encouragement, three more people bought cars: Lei, Xiao Feifei and Xiao Yuanyuan. It's just that they seem to have an appointment. After they bought it, they gave up the car and hardly rode it! (Then the background music begins: I have a little donkey, and I never ride it ...)

Playing badminton: Actually, I learned to play badminton with my colleagues in my first year of work (20 1 1). After studying for more than half a year, our badminton class was dissolved because everyone was very busy! I started playing badminton again (in the winter of 20 14) because there are three gay men in our unit, and there are not enough for four people to play doubles at a time. By chance, I became their best choice! One reason: I have plenty of time; The second reason: it is also very important. I'm an excellent player-I'm not modest enough to say so! (This is mainly because I just went to work and studied with my colleagues for more than half a year) So I changed from a "woman" to a "woman man", no, just a "man"! Because in most cases, I play as a man! There are men's doubles on one side and mixed doubles on the other! It is very appropriate to describe it with a title: who says women are not as good as men! We are at least twice a week and at most three times, each time for two hours, and I will accompany you to the end! It was not until the stadium of our unit was demolished that our badminton team was dissolved!

Running: Actually, I have always resisted running! Growing up, running is a very painful thing for me, because every time I can't run for a few steps, I feel thirsty, my brain lacks oxygen and my legs are heavy. During that time, a classmate in the circle of friends posted her running results every day, running for an hour almost every day. I wonder how she did it. In addition, I often see some articles on how to run well on WeChat! So, I started running in the community at night! I always look at my watch when I first started running. I've only been running for a long time for a few minutes! But I can grit my teeth for at least half an hour every time! After about two weeks, I found that half an hour was not so difficult. Finally, I had an idea, keep running, just like Forrest Gump! When I saw the pedometer recording my daily running results, I felt a great sense of accomplishment! Although I can run as fast as a tortoise, I'm going to jog. I may not walk fast, but I will be slow when jogging!

Yoga: Actually, yoga is not a sport, which I learned later! I started to contact yoga in September last year, and I feel very good! I have always been a soft fat man, more flexible and less powerful! So I can basically do most of the twists in yoga, but once it comes to strength and balance, I will stop! Yoga contains extensive and profound contents, which cannot be understood by one or two poses. For things I like, I am always willing to pay more enthusiasm and greater energy to explore in depth! So I had another dream: a yoga instructor! First, there will be an improvement in their professional level; Secondly, you can use your spare time as a part-time coach to earn some pocket money! I feel beautiful when I think about it! I know what I like to do and then I have time to do it. Fortunately, even!

Second, what does exercise bring me?

First of all, I lost weight! If no one finds that I have lost weight, then I may be blind and don't know! Yi tooth yi tooth yi tooth.

Secondly, my health has improved! In fact, most fat people are puffy, not strong! In the past, I was very tired when I had a little activity beyond my normal life, so I tried to keep my life on the track of two points and one line, and tried not to go shopping or travel! But since I started exercising, my mother no longer has to worry about my health! It is too easy for me to walk for an hour! I hate not being able to travel all over Qian Shan. I feel that no matter how far the road ahead is, I am no longer afraid. I firmly believe that as long as we go step by step, we will always reach the end!

Finally, I want to say that exercise is not as simple as losing weight and fitness. It is a very happy thing to have a favorite sport and stick to it. Life is not just the present, but also poetry and distance! However, if we have to succumb to the present, then at least we still have sports (of course, reading, love and moving, etc. )! I like sports and prefer to exercise alone, which gives me time to get along with myself. I can think about some people and things, or I can take a break from my life and work and just focus on the current sports! Although my body is active, my heart is quiet!
