Mohan's life
Mohan grew up in Uttaranchal, an Indian legend, near the birthplace of Shiva surrounded by the Himalayas. He has been accompanied by yogis practicing in his hometown since he was a child, and he has received the purest knowledge of Himalayan yoga.

When he was young, Mohan moved to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of India. Learn yoga lessons from Brahmchari Rudra Dev at the yoga center in Rishikesh. The yoga class here is one of the earliest and most famous courses of B.K.S Iyengar, where Mohan made excellent achievements. After that, he devoted himself to the Himalayan Center, the most prestigious yoga learning center, and the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute in India. Then he went to Swami Vivek Ananda Yoga Anushandhana Samsthana, a world-famous yoga therapy school, for further study and practice, and gained rich clinical experience. Because Mohan has studied traditional yoga such as hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Datura and Himalaya, he is proficient in many different styles of yoga.

In addition to exploring the relationship between yoga and various parts of the human body, Mohan also learned from many yoga masters and read a large number of ancient yogis' classics, and mastered rich and extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy.

At the beginning of 2007, Mr. Mohan made a special trip to India to study yoga physiotherapy courses with Master B.K.S.Iyengar, and then returned to Rishikesh to study yoga theory private education courses with Master O.P. Tiwari.

Mr. Mohan is from Rishikesh, an Indian yoga shrine. At first, I studied yoga with Brahmchari RudraDev, a famous yoga instructor and an early disciple of Master B.K.S Iyengar, at the YogaStudy Center in Rishikesh, and achieved excellent results. After that, Mohan was in the center of the most prestigious Himalayas. Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Kabala devoted herself to study, and also went to Swamivivekananda Yoga Anus Hanana Samsthana, a world-famous master of discrimination, for in-depth study and practice of yoga therapy courses. He has gained rich clinical experience. Because Mohan systematically studied traditional hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Sivananda yoga and Himalayan yoga, he came into contact with many different schools and styles of yoga systems. Mohan studied from many famous Indian yoga masters, listened to their professors, read a lot of yoga classics and ancient books, and mastered rich and extensive knowledge of Indian yoga philosophy. Since 2007, Mr. Mohan has made a special trip to India every year to study yoga physiotherapy courses with Master B.K.S Iyengar.
