Psoas major is a deep muscle connecting the spine and thigh. Lumbar muscles mainly maintain the posture of the body and support internal organs and fat. If the psoas major muscle is weak, it may cause hunchback, make the muscles of back, abdomen and * * * relax, and it is easier to have fat adhesion. Therefore, strengthening psoas major muscle can maintain a good body shape.
Professor Naoko Ishii of the Physical Exercise Science Research Office of the University of Tokyo, in the book "Slimming the main parts of the lumbar muscles", introduced simply strengthening the exercise of the main parts of the lumbar muscles!
The steps are as follows: (1) Lie on your back on the floor, bend your knees and straighten your back. (2) Exhale while exerting force on the abdomen, and bring your knees together, and slowly bring your knees closer to your chest. (3) Use the muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and feet to straighten your knees for 5 seconds. (4) Finally, slowly put your feet down and return to the original supine posture.
(1) to (4), 10 is 1 group. Doing 1 group one day can effectively reduce the abdomen, even the hip size is one size smaller!
