Eight treasures boxing, the full name of "Yin and Yang Eight Treasures Boxing", was opened during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. Its founder, Zen master Shan Zhi of Shaolin Temple in Quanzhou, Fujian, is one of the famous schools of Shaolin Nanzong. What is "eight treasures"? The sun, moon and stars in the sky, the essence, qi and spirit of the human body, the two treasures of the Wu family, exquisite hard qigong and skillful skills are the eight treasures. Why is it called "Yin and Yang"? Babel boxing is divided into "Yin boxing" and "Yang boxing", hence the name Yin and Yang Babel boxing.

Eight treasures iron palm is a stunt of this kind of hard qigong. After success, high-five can crack bricks and stones, and split hands can break sticks, which is so powerful that the enemy is terrified. This is a work sent by Zhang Yongxing, a disciple of Mo Wendan.

First, the potential tiger potential.

1? Stand up straight, face south, back north, legs shoulder width apart, feet straight, toes slightly buckled in, palms hanging from the outside of thighs, palms facing down, chin slightly retracted, chin slightly raised, eyes looking forward, you should follow the breathing method, sniff and breathe, concentrate your thoughts and breathe through the abdomen (Figure 1).

2? After standing for 1 min, the palms are slowly lifted forward from the outside of the thighs, shoulder-high, palms facing each other and palms facing forward. Then bend your knees down slowly, and the height of the pile can be determined according to everyone's specific situation, and your knees should not exceed your toes. At the same time, the palm falls parallel to the breast, the two arms are parallel, the distance is about two feet, the elbow tip is backward, and the elbow tip is about two punches away from the rib. Fingers are naturally straight and open, palms are closed, palms are pointed forward, body is upright, buttocks are restrained, and the center of gravity falls on the midpoint of the connection line of Yongquan point in the foot center of both feet. Relax your whole body, breathe softly and naturally, and do not need to be deliberate (Figure 2).

3? After practicing the above methods 15 to 60 minutes, stand up straight with your knees slowly, and put your palms back vertically on the inside of your legs. After about 1 minute, the palms rub against each other until they get hot, and the palms are gently wiped on the face for more than 20 times.

Practice starts with 5 minutes each time, and then increases the practice time by 5 minutes every week. I feel sore and sleepy in my legs and arms at first, and then my legs will tremble. At this time, I can improve the pile potential and practice after a while.

If you can keep practicing for more than 15 minutes every time, you can feel the abdominal fever first, and then it extends to the waist, back, chest, head, face and hands in an instant. Finally, the legs and feet gradually get hot, and the palms and soles are numb, sour, swollen and hot.

When standing for more than 60 days, I feel that the internal qi in my body pours down my legs to Yongquan point on my feet, then returns to Dantian from the center of my feet, then goes down through the point, passes through the tail, passes through Baihui point on the top of my head along the Du Meridian, then goes down through the pulp bearing point to the abdominal point, and then divides into two streams of heat flow, which are injected into Laogong point with two palms along the inner side of my arm under my arm, and then returns to Dantian through the fingertips of ten palms and the back of my hand.

Repeat this exercise until every time the air in the pile is injected into the palm, that is, when the palm is hot and the fingers have a strong sense of electric shock, you can start practicing the downward trend.

Second, make the best use of the situation.

1? Feet are slightly wider than shoulders, toes are slightly separated, neck is vertical, shoulders are relaxed, chin is slightly retracted, mouth is slightly closed, tip of tongue is tight on palate, eyes are looking straight ahead. The palm hangs over the outside of the thigh, the elbow joint is slightly bent, the palm is slightly supported outside, the palm is down, and the tip of the palm is forward. Use reverse breathing to gently keep your mind in the abdomen (Figure 3).

2? Inhale through the nose, lift the anal crotch, and exhale through the nose, which will make the gas in the abdomen rise to the midpoint of Zhongshan, split into two strands, pass through the armpit along the inside of the arm, pass through the palm, and relax the anus and testicles at the same time. Grasp the ground with ten toes, press the palm down with dark strength, raise your fingers, and concentrate all your strength on the palm. When inhaling, the muscles of the whole body relax (except testicular and anal contraction), and the internal qi rises from the outside of the arm to the head and then returns to the abdomen. This trend has been done 36 times.

Third, push the mountain.

1? Pick up momentum, press reverse breathing and rest 1 min, then inhale, and at the same time, draw an arc with your palms back up to your shoulders, fingers up, palms forward, and lift your anus and crotch at the same time (Figure 4).

2? Then exhale, grasp the ground with ten toes, concentrate all your strength on the palm of your hand, and slowly push forward (Figure 5).

Intentional internal qi rushes out from the palm and fingertips, and the whole body is nervous when exhaling, releasing the anus and crotch. When inhaling, draw an arc to the upper right in front of your shoulder with your palm back, and push it out when exhaling. Repeat this 36 times.

Fourth, spread your wings.

1? When you reach your potential, you use reverse breathing and nasal breathing. When inhaling, lift your forearms to the left and right respectively. Elbows pointing downward, shoulders sunken and chest raised, palms flush with shoulders, palms pointing left and right, palms slightly drooping, and wrist joints raised backward (Figure 6).

2? At the same time, lift the anus and crotch, then grasp the ground with ten toes, and push out the palm as hard as a thousand pounds, in order to expect the internal qi to rise from Dantian to Zhongshan point, and then rush to the shoulders and armpits along the fingers and palms on the inner side of the arm. When exhaling, the whole body is relaxed, the anus and crotch are relaxed, and the hands are retracted in situ, so that the internal qi rises from the outside of the arm and returns to the abdomen. * * * Do it 36 times.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) fishing for the moon

1? Take the potential, using cis-breathing, nasal breathing and nasal inhalation. When inhaling, put your arms down in front of your abdomen, slightly extend your elbows, clench your fists opposite each other, and keep your heart down (Figure 7).

2? When exhaling, bend over slowly, with fists in palms, palms down and palms facing each other, press down with your body and relax your anus until your palms touch the ground, just exhale (Figure 8).

The internal force of the mind is completely injected into the palm, and then the palm becomes a fist. For example, slowly lift the upper body with a weight of 1000 kg, slowly straighten the upper body, inhale at the same time, lift the anus and crotch, and let the predetermined internal qi return to the abdomen from the palm. * * * Do it 36 times.

Sixth, climb the stars

1? Connect momentum, use reverse breathing, sniff and inhale. When inhaling, lift the palm of your hand slowly over your head, with the tip of your palm facing backwards and the palm facing upwards, and look at your palm (Figure 9).

2? Fill your hands with internal qi, and at the same time grasp the ground with ten toes and lift your anus and hips. At the end of inhalation, the larynx swallows one breath in coordination with inhalation, and then holds its breath, and the palm becomes a fist. The fist is tightened like a weight of 1000 kg, and slowly pulled down to the front of the shoulders (Figure 10).

When exhaling, relax the whole body, relax the anus and crotch, relax the fists, and bring the internal qi back to Dantian. Do it 36 times.

Seven, go through the back.

1? Palm is parallel to the ground, palm touches the ground downwards, shoulder width, arms are straight, feet are straight together, toes are on the ground, waist and hips are bent backwards as far as possible, hips are raised and abdomen is adducted. Breathe forward, sniff and inhale, and concentrate the palms of both hands on Laogong point (Figure 1 1).

2? Take a deep breath evenly. At the end of inhalation, swallow a breath with your throat and inhale, and slowly lead your breath to Tian Dan. Then hold your breath, bend your elbows with your hands, lean forward and lean down. It is advisable to push your head close to the ground instead of touching it, and then push your feet back to help. At the same time, your body bends down and continues to slide over the chest, abdomen, crotch and other parts slightly close to the ground. When the body moves downward, air is evenly injected through the nasal cavity to lift the anal crotch, thus guiding the internal air to rise from the lower abdomen to the middle abdomen, pass through the armpit, and flow down into the Laogong point in the palm of both hands (Figure 12).

3? Inhale, hold your head up at the same time, straighten your arms, bend your waist and hips backwards, raise your hips, then fall back and restore your original posture, relax your anus and hips, and intend to return to Dantian from the outside of your arms. So forward and backward, cycle, exhausted.
