So today we are going to recommend some difficult moves to you. We need to use the treadmill to do these actions, so you must know something about the treadmill so that our training can achieve the best results.
These movements are a bit difficult, and its risk factor is also a bit large. If you are not completely sure, then you can choose not to do these actions. If you have a certain training foundation, then you can challenge yourself to complete these actions.
There are three main actions below. Before doing these exercises, I recommend you to do some proper stretching exercises to make our bodies fully active and keep all the functions of our bodies in a state suitable for exercise. After all the preparations are done, let's see how these actions should be done.
1, one-sided high foot jumps off.
The name of the first movement is one-sided leg lift jump. When we do this action, we must adjust the running speed of our treadmill, and don't do this action at a very fast speed. Let the speed of the treadmill be integrated with the speed of our movements, so that our training can reach the standard and the chance of physical injury will be reduced.
When we do this one-sided leg lift jump, we must move evenly. If you can't master this movement well, you can do it in situ and finish it on the treadmill after exercise.
2. Go up obliquely+dumbbell bend.
The third movement, I want to recommend a combination training movement, which is not as difficult as the last movement, but it can help us lose fat effectively. Before doing this action, we first need to adjust the tilt angle of the treadmill. Most treadmills can adjust the tilt angle, so we also want you to know about treadmills, so that you can better complete these actions.
Let our treadmill tilt upward, and then make a backward movement with your back to the treadmill. When doing backward movement, we need to complete the bending movement of dumbbell at the same time, and the whole movement needs us to be integrated. If not, you can also find a sloping slope to practice this backward movement.
3. Bend down and support your palms to crawl.
Finally, the recommended action is called bending over and crawling with palms on your hands. We don't want you to bend down and support your whole body on the treadmill, because some of our treadmills are not that long, so you need to put your whole body on the ground and only put your hands on the treadmill.
After putting your hands on the treadmill, keep your body in a straight line as far as possible, tighten your abdomen, and follow the speed of the treadmill to complete the crawling action of your palms. When we are doing this action, you can try every speed and find a training speed that suits you best.
