Method 1:

Click on the picture after opening ppt, and a wireframe will appear on the edge of the picture;

You can use the mouse to drag the point on the wireframe to reduce the picture, for example, reduce the picture in equal proportion, hold down the shift key on the keyboard, and then drag the point in the lower right corner to reduce it to the upper left corner.

Method 2:

In ppt, right-click the picture and select "Size and Position";

Then enter a smaller height and width, and click OK to reduce the picture.
