I will share with my friends the practices and steps of jujube and medlar millet porridge: ingredients: yellow rice 100g, jujube 10g, medlar10g, and rock sugar about 20g.
Manufacturing steps 1
Wash the millet and soak it in advance 1 hour.
Second step
Boil the water in the pot until it bubbles, and then put the red dates and millet into the pot to start cooking, so as to prevent the millet porridge from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Third step
Turn the heat down for about 20 minutes, and the millet porridge will be very thick. Add Lycium barbarum and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Fourth step
Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and cook until it melts.
Step five
After seeing the crystal sugar completely melt, you can turn off the fire and cook it, and the delicious millet porridge that nourishes the stomach and appetizes is ready.
Tip: Millet must be soaked before cooking, so that the cooked millet is soft and delicious.
