What is moisture?

These descriptions really accord with the feeling of humidity, so they are still worthy of recognition.
There is also a saying of "five elements" in Chinese medicine, which generally means that excessive moisture will be associated with "spleen deficiency", and the spleen belongs to "soil" in the five elements, so the soil can restrict the existence of water, and people with healthy spleen generally will not be overweight, because the spleen, like a dam, can block the disturbance of water to the body. Once the dam breaks due to spleen deficiency, the water of nature comes into play again. Although the spleen is the largest lymphatic system in the body, it plays an immune function and also plays a role of "nutrition distribution", distributing digested nutrients to their respective places, just like a courier transfer station. If there is something wrong with the spleen, it means that there is something wrong with the transport of the body. For example, we don't know where to distribute the nutrients digested from food, and we are stuck in a "medium coke", which is neither a coke nor a coke, which is why our stomach always has the feeling of bloating as mentioned above. Stagnant nuances (chyme, nutrients and other substances digested by food in traditional Chinese medicine) turn wet, making it difficult to adjust the water and humidity of the human body.
