Preparation method of Guyuan ointment

1, material processing

All the raw materials must be crushed. Jujube is processed into refined jujube paste, and black sesame and walnut are processed into refined paste. Ejiao and rock sugar are powdered. The most complicated process of making Guyuan paste is the crushing process of raw materials.

Exercise:

1. Take Ejiao out of the box. Do not damage the packaging of PVC and aluminum foil paper. Knock the PVC surface with the back of a knife or a hammer, break it into small pieces, and pour it into a dry grinding cup for several times to make powder. Adding too much at a time is easy to damage the machine. It is recommended to go directly to the pharmacy to buy authentic Ejiao. Drugstore can buy powder for free, or you can buy it at the Taobao shop that comes to the health house with me.

2. Mash large pieces of rock sugar into small pieces first, then put them into a dry grinding cup and grind them into powder several times to pick out the thread in the rock sugar.

3. Wash the black sesame seeds, filter out the sand at the bottom, put them in the pot and stir fry with low fire. When you hear the beeps, touch them with your hand. When the sesame seeds are basically dry, you can stop frying for a while to prevent the residual temperature from causing the pot to paste, and put them in the pot for later use.

4. Peel walnuts, peel and core them, and put them directly into a meat grinder for mincing. You can mince them several times until they become fine walnut paste. This steamed Guyuan paste is delicate in taste and pure in fragrance.

When the walnut is processed, the black sesame will be cold. Spoon a little black sesame into the meat grinder and twist it while putting it. Repeat several times and twist into sesame paste.

6, red dates to the core, chopped with a knife, slowly put into the meat grinder repeatedly twisted into jujube paste, can also be directly placed on the cooked board like minced meat, chopped into jujube paste. Jujube paste is processed too early, and it is easy to be oxidized and discolored when exposed to air, so the last step is to treat it. Jujube paste is easy to deteriorate during transportation. Come with me. Other materials can be processed free of charge, except for jujube paste, which needs to be handled by friends themselves.

7. It is suggested to add some food (medicine) materials with the same origin of medicine and food to Guyuan ointment. This is more targeted, which increases the curative effect of Guyuan ointment and reduces the symptoms of Guyuan ointment getting angry.

8. Put all the processed materials into the steamed Guyuan paste basin and mix well. Pour rice wine into a steaming basin and mix well. The amount of rice wine is determined according to the amount of materials. The ingredients should not be too thin, and the rice wine should be mixed while pouring. Come with me. Yangyangfang has developed some concentrated functional health care drugs, which can partially or completely replace yellow rice wine and be used to blend Guyuan paste.

9. After mixing Guyuan paste evenly, cover it with a steamer, or put it in a steamer with good quality plastic wrap (poor quality is easy to be steamed, which not only tastes bad, but also pollutes Guyuan paste that we have worked so hard to make). Add enough water, then cover the steamer and steam over high fire. After the big fire boils for half an hour, the small fire steams for one and a half hours. The steaming time here is longer than that introduced in the book, and the steamed Guyuan paste tastes better and is easier to absorb. But pay attention to add enough water to avoid dry pot!

10, remember the time when steaming, and turn off the heat after steaming for one and a half hours. Let Guyuan paste cover the pot for ten minutes, then open the lid and take out the steamer. Remove the lid of the steamer and let it cool naturally. After completely cooling, put Guyuan paste into a sealed food safety plastic bottle, tighten one bottle outside first, and put the rest in the refrigerator for preservation. If you can't eat it for a long time, you can freeze it for one year. Frozen Guyuan ointment needs to be steamed thoroughly in the pot before eating.
