1. Overlay maintenance
The covering material can be sacks, straw mats, sawdust and sand. For vertical components, such as walls and columns, it is advisable to use sacks and straw curtains to make curtain-type coverings, stick them on the walls and cylinders, and keep them moist after watering.
2. Steam curing
Steam curing is generally to lay steam pipes in the curing kiln of component prefabrication plant. Then place prefabricated members, or use temporary enclosures around the field members and cover them with protective covers or simple canvas and tarpaulins. Then, low-pressure saturated steam is introduced, so that the concrete can quickly harden under the conditions of high humidity and high temperature, reach the strength required by the design, shorten the maintenance time or the turnover of prefabricated components and equipment, and improve the production efficiency.
3. Curing method of sprayed film
Spray film curing refers to spraying 1~2 layers of plastic film on the concrete surface. Spraying the plastic solution on the concrete surface, after the solvent volatilizes, the plastic and the concrete surface form a film, so that the concrete surface is isolated from the air, and the water in the sealed concrete no longer evaporates, thus completing hydration.
4. Dry-heat curing method
Dry heat curing is a concrete curing method developed in recent years. It uses solar energy, far infrared rays and other methods to achieve the purpose of curing according to the moisture contained in concrete itself and external heat sources. Dry heat curing methods include far infrared curing and solar curing.
5. Internal curing method
Internal curing method is a kind of curing method without external curing and adding extra moisture to concrete. When this method is adopted, water-soluble chemicals are added in the mixing process to reduce the water evaporation during the concrete hardening process and the water loss of the bottom concrete. The added admixture is composed of water-soluble polymers and contains hydroxyl and ether functional groups, which can improve the water retention of concrete, change the gel morphology of concrete, reduce the absorption of concrete, and thus increase the hydration degree. Hydrogen bonds between these functional groups can reduce the evaporation pressure of water and reduce the evaporation of water. Internal curing method can not only effectively prevent the shrinkage and cracking of concrete, but also promote the reasonable hydration of concrete.
