Wuqinxi is a kind of exercise that guides human movements by imitating the movements of five animals: tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird, so as to achieve the purpose of fitness. "Birds" refers to ancient animals; "Drama" refers to activities such as singing, dancing and acrobatics. Wu Qin Opera, also known as "Wu Qin Cao", is said to have been created by Hua Tuo in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Wuqinxi is simple and easy to learn, and it is one of the precious cultural heritages of mankind.
Fighting a tiger requires touching the ground with your hands and feet, moving your body back and forth three times, then pulling your waist, raising your head, walking with the tiger, making seven advances and seven retreats, which is magnificent. In the deer performance, you need to land on your feet and look back twice, with your left foot extended to the right and your right foot extended to the left. Bear infested, you need to lie on your back, put your knees in your hands, look up, squat left and right seven times, and support the ground with your left and right hands. Ape play, grab objects and hang them. Bird play, one foot on the ground, arms open.
