First, I like martial arts. At the end of 20 19, I met a friend who likes martial arts by chance. He has been studying martial arts since he was a child and has been practicing standing piles. He told me that standing piles can greatly promote the health. So under his guidance, I also embarked on the road of practicing standing piles.
? Second, standing piles is a very beneficial exercise, which can promote health. Although standing pile is a simple action, it is this simple action that contains a lot of knowledge. Whether the posture of standing pile is correct or not directly affects the qi and blood circulation of the body and plays a great role in the recovery of health. When I first started practicing, I would be very tired, and my back was sore and my feet hurt. But if I stick to it for a long time, my body will have a pathway of qi and blood and have the effect of treating all diseases.
Thirdly, my personal experience is that the standing pile movement has improved my health. I used to have high blood pressure. Every time I work for a long time, sitting for a long time leads to my head raising and high blood pressure. However, the problem of hypertension has basically never happened since the pile was erected for one year. Standing on the pile for 20 minutes every day can not only relieve the fatigue caused by work, but also exercise, which is really beneficial and harmless.
? Fourth, I had a knee injury when I was a child. The knee needs to bend slightly when standing the pile, so the old injury of the knee will be affected when standing the pile. During the piling this year, my physical condition improved, but the old knee injury broke out, first it was sour, and then the pain in my knee began to increase. Therefore, what is in front of me is a contradiction. Should I continue to stand on the pile, or should I give up standing on the pile for the health of my knees? With this question, I consulted some teachers who stood on piles, and they gave me the answer that there are many kinds of postures for standing piles. In order not to hurt your knees, you can choose some other piling postures, such as Wushu piles, which can exercise without hurting your knees. So I tried a new stacking method at the suggestion of my teacher. Although it has not been fully practiced, the old knee injury has been alleviated.
? To sum up, standing piles is a healthy exercise. Through my personal experience, I have cured some diseases in my body. Although it has affected my old knee injury, I will try to avoid my knee injury again by adjusting the posture of standing piles. I will stick to this beneficial exercise as always, and I believe my knee will recover as soon as possible.
