Original text of Laozi's health secret recipe
The secret words of Laozi's health care: First, the words of virtue. Second, raise words. Third, the word heart. Fourth, good words. Fifth, there are no words. Sixth, the number of words is small. Seven, static words. Eight, not many words. Nine, light words. Ten, forget the words.

Laozi believes that "everything is negative and holds yang, and rushing is thought to be harmonious" (Chapter 42). In other words, everything, including human beings, is made up of yin and yang. To achieve a healthy state, yin and yang must be reconciled. To achieve harmony between yin and yang, we must have the impulse to be angry.

This is consistent with the view of traditional Chinese medicine. For example, the earth's ecosystem, if there is no impulse of air in the atmosphere-wind, rainwater will not be evenly distributed, and droughts and floods are prone to occur. To be healthy, the human body must have the impulse of essence, and the impulse of qi and yin and Yang Can should be reconciled. Laozi believes that "everything is negative and holds yang, and qi is harmonious" (Chapter 42), which means that everything, including people, is composed of yin and yang, and to achieve a healthy state, yin and yang must be reconciled. To achieve harmony between yin and yang, we must have the impulse to be angry.
