Children's auxiliary exercises:
Part I: Preparing for exercise
Objective: to relax the muscles of the whole body, adapt to the needs of body activities and avoid trauma in rabbits.
Preparation: Adults sit on small stools, facing the children. Adults gently hold the child's hand with both hands and let the child's arm hang down naturally.
Action: make the child's left arm forward and his right arm backward; Let the child's left arm backward and his right arm forward.
Part II: Stretching exercise
Objective: To move the shoulder joint, upper limbs and pectoral muscles.
Preparation: Same as the first section.
Action: lead the child to raise his arm horizontally: lead the child to raise his arm; Resume side lift; Restore readiness.
Part 3: Lateral body movements
Objective: To activate the muscles and ligaments of shoulder joint, spine and waist.
Preparation: Same as the first section.
Action: Guide the children to raise their arms horizontally, so that the children's left hand is raised, the upper body is bent to the right, and the right hand is naturally drooping; Raise your hands horizontally; Return to the ready state (the last four beats are in the opposite direction).
