Tai Ji Chuan's logical method and practical method.

Tai Ji Chuan is the perfect combination of China's traditional dialectical theoretical thinking, martial arts, art, introduction and traditional Chinese medicine. It is a high-level human culture with the core thoughts of Taiji and Yin-Yang dialectical thought in China's traditional Confucianism and Taoism, and it integrates many functions such as nourishing, strengthening the body, fighting and fighting. The following is the theory and practice of Taiji Zhuan that I brought to you. Welcome to reading.

1. Tai Ji Chuan summed up the knowledge of Tai Chi sages about Tai Ji Chuan. I think: Theoretically speaking, Tai Ji Chuan is an advanced martial art with people as the carrier and the purpose of defending life and temperament under the guidance of China's Taiji philosophy. It is a knowledge that combines fighting skills, culture and health preservation, and it is the balance of yin and yang achieved by the shape of spiral wound silk and the unity of opposites. Tai Ji Chuan is a high degree of unity of movement and stillness, will and strength, method and action, attack and defense, spirit and form, and an organic combination of boxing theory and technology, practicality and aesthetics, culture and art. On the practical level, Tai Ji Chuan, on the basis of conforming to the physiological structure of human body, uses my instinct, cooperates with consciousness, breathing and action, and through the spiral winding of revolution and rotation throughout all parts of the body, uses subtle changes and continuity.

Tai Ji Chuan is a unique artistic activity produced in the local cultural soil of China. It is a method and technology to store and cultivate spirit, nourish spirit, cultivate spirit, sublimate morality, improve quality, and defend oneself and strengthen the body. Tai Ji Chuan's theoretical foundation is very profound. It is based on the most characteristic Taiji theory in China (Taiji noumenon, Yin-Yang attribute and the essence of the trinity), and is closely linked with China traditional culture such as Confucianism, Taoism, Yi, science, medicine, soldiers and Yin-Yang theory. Taoism, represented by Laozi and Zhuangzi, is the basic guiding ideology. The Tao in Tao Te Ching is natural, and the Yin and Yang theory in Yijing is harmonious.

Taiji is close to Laozi's theory and sophistry. "Go to the virtual pole and keep quiet." Tai Ji Chuan's boxing theory is Yin and Yang, and in practice, he mainly thinks about the combination of reality and excess. The core is harmony. To cultivate the ideological realm of patriotism, justice, self-cultivation, self-cultivation, optimism, progress, peace, tolerance, respect for teachers, respect for friends, interest in groups and kindness to oneself, we must not only realize our own health.

Concentric self-harmony should gradually achieve the mutual harmony of self-harmony and harmony of others; In terms of internal and external requirements, we should be quiet inside, loose, round, muddy and easy to collect outside, elegant, chic and casual, and gradually achieve virtual reality, virtual reality, virtual reality, if there is no Xu Ruo, empty inside and outside, seamless, intangible and virtual; The method is to turn, just thinking about "turning Tai Chi" in practice; In terms of strength, it is stretching and unfolding, stretching and unfolding, which can be long-term, far-reaching and invisible in practice; Intuitively, Tai Chi Chuan's hand is like a spiral water polo, floating back and forth and neutral balance. In practice, it should have the inherent requirements and charm of opening and closing, combine rigidity with softness, have both light and heavy, and be rooted in each other. Like water, Tai Ji Chuan's movement should be round and formed with the development of the times. When encountering external force, it should rotate freely, keep pace with the times and be invincible to powerful opponents.

Tai Ji Chuan has several levels of strength, strength and intention. One of Tai Ji Chuan's immediate goals is to win. Winning is the basic requirement, but not the goal. The purpose is to cultivate one's own meaning or righteousness along the road in the battle.

From the point of view of boxing, strength is primary, strength is intermediate, resistance to beauty is advanced in mutual conquest, and harmony is super. Elementary and intermediate are only the beauty of one side, and advanced is only the beauty of two sides. The beauty, beauty and * * * of super talents produce * * and spirit, which interact positively with each other and are in harmony.

Tai Ji Chuan pays attention to seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages, which is a technique of "attacking the enemy to protect himself". Therefore, to practice Tai Ji Chuan, we should not only talk about ideas, but also about strategies and techniques. Tai Chi Chuan stresses weakness. Only weak things can be compatible with everything, enrich their own strength and cause a reversal of the general trend. Tai Ji Chuan pays attention to "time" and "potential", which reflects the opportunity and situation. Saving strength and looking for opportunities are the foundation of success. Tai Ji Chuan pays attention to the "dynamic" and "static" of motivation, action and waiting. Static and vivid, static can brake. Static is not passive waiting, the purpose of static is to gain motivation, but to move better. It is Tai Ji Chuan's requirement to seek movement in silence and be quiet for movement. Tai Ji Chuan pays attention to the "tendency" and "avoidance" of active attack and concession. Tai Ji Chuan is not unable to attack, but only emphasizes that defense is the premise of Tai Ji Chuan. Take a step back and broaden the horizon. Avoiding is the trend, retreating is the progress. People who only know how to move forward and don't know how to retreat often get into greater trouble. Tai Ji Chuan pays more attention to neutralizing all parties, waiting for change and "harmony" and "harmony". Tai Ji Chuan paid special attention to keeping the center and demanding integrity. China is the focus of the contradiction, and the change in China is the root of the change. The middle position can be changed no matter where the opponent comes from. "Harmony" refers not only to harmony with oneself, but also to harmony with others. In these strategies, time and situation are the key link, movement and quietness are the key points, tendency and avoidance are the key points, and neutralization and harmony are the key points.

Tai Ji Chuan takes the dialectical relationship of the concepts of reality, rigidity, movement, advance and retreat, opening and closing, speed as the guiding principle. I tried my best to be soft when you were the first time, but I was weak when you were real, so I was always powerless. Give my opponent a fatal blow where I have a chance, or when I transfer customs. Therefore, Tai Chi practitioners take weakness, quietness, slowness and softness as their basic concepts and requirements, and retreat, emptiness, lightness, agility and liveliness as their basic methods and measures.

"Learning more and more, losing day by day, losing again and again, so that there is no". The "loss" of Taijiquan is to do subtraction, abandon the acquired experience and knowledge, not artificially mystify, not presuppose the purpose, not artificially add complex movements, gradually change the habit of exerting strength, and gradually reduce one's strength and even intention to the realm of "nothing" and restore one's natural instinct. At this time, Tai Ji Chuan is not only a skill, but also an art, but a way and carrier to experience Taoism with his own body and mind, which is expressed through martial arts.

"I was in a trance, and something like that." Tai Ji Chuan is a sports activity characterized by martial arts, which conforms to the nature of heaven and earth, is marked by the fact that Taoism is not confusing and complicated, and embodies the characteristics of traditional culture in China. Don't insist, don't overdo it, don't just pursue the effect. After laying a good foundation according to the standard practice, it is most likely to produce results naturally, easily and absently.

Second, the practice method I feel that Tai Ji Chuan is a combination of reality and falsehood, and falsehood is the relationship between yin and yang and falsehood. Do it when it is empty, and do it when it is real. Under the premise of not resisting, the spiral winding wire from finger to toe entangles the opponent's hands, elbows, shoulders and even the whole body, attacking the opponent. Tai Ji Chuan can be specifically summarized as "Tai Chi twists and turns, stiff neck runs through".

There are three reasons for this conclusion:

First of all, "Tai Chi means twisting" can basically represent the essential characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan, and "twisting" is to achieve the effect of twisting in the form of twisting. From the original intention of entanglement, entanglement is basically that two parties move around each other with the same strength and amplitude. The entanglement can be one-way or two-way. Entanglement can be planar or three-dimensional. Torsion is to drive one object to rotate to another, or to deform the contact point of the opponent through the action of force. Twisting refers to being strong and weak, while turning fast, while turning slowly and moving less. It breaks the balance, grasps the "axis" of one part and makes the other side revolve around me, thus creating a new balance that is beneficial to me. Twisting can be said to be a combination of multi-direction and multi-angle winding, which is three-dimensional. Therefore, in the sense of Tai Ji Chuan, "twisting" is different from "stirring" and not completely equivalent to "winding". But to "twist", we must first "entangle". "Twisting" is higher than "winding" and even higher than "stirring".

"If you die by yourself, you will live by others." Winding silk is mainly from its own point of view, and twisting silk is the result of winding silk, which points directly at the enemy and has a stronger purpose. Twisting plays an important role in Tai Ji Chuan, and the eight methods of Taiji, such as bending, sliding, squeezing, pressing, picking, twisting, elbow and leaning, all contain twisting force.

Secondly, strength and continuity are both Tai Ji Chuan's achievement methods, which are the second-level contents. In a broad sense, entanglement is Zen. Zen is a process of thinking about things or phenomena for a long time. It is a state of awakening from one thing to another, from the outside to the inside, and finally gaining something. It is an experience to solve problems directly from one's inner feelings. It is a seemingly simple but profound and complex thing, and it is an extraordinary realm realized from the ordinary. In a sense, "tangled Zen" has something in common with Zen, which has a philosophical and theoretical basis and is the first-level problem. To achieve entanglement, we must empty, strengthen and penetrate. "Empty" means destroying the opponent's strength, mainly "failure to introduce". "Strong collar" is the firmness of the fingertips; "Interpolation" mainly refers to continuous interpenetration, which can be moved in sequence no matter which section you start from. When the spiral is twisted, it should be a straight line rotation around my body and the other party's center of gravity. The bottom line is that the circle I rotate revolves around this straight line. Rotation is divided into revolution and rotation. Spiral twist should not only "twist" when the body rotates, but also "twist" when it rotates.

Thirdly, this summary not only tells the essence of Tai Ji Chuan, but also the content of "meaning", and also tells the achievements and characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan. It is somewhat abstract to say that "entanglement is the essence", while "entanglement" is more specific and easier to understand and remember. Moreover, "entanglement" has changed from passive to active, and the consciousness and purpose of advancing and attacking are stronger. Moreover, this sentence clearly expresses the spiritual essence and material carrier of Taiji: the interaction between heaven and earth. In this way, the emptiness, spiritual mystery, dynamics and twisted fruit of Taiji Zhuan can be more clearly expressed.

What people are most afraid of is always thought, which is a cultural heritage for thousands of years. Taiji spirit is profound and profound. Whether it is offensive and defensive fighting or fitness and entertainment, you should have awe of Taiji spirit. One of the essence of Wushu is martial arts, and its direct purpose is conquest, but the real connotation of Wushu thought must not be conquest, but harmony.

There are many examples of "twisting" in real life, and rubbing hemp rope is a typical example of making hemp rope twist. Taiji people often say "rubbing strength" and "rubbing strength" also have a reversal effect.

One of Tai Ji Chuan's direct purposes is self-defense and fighting skills, so he can take it and hold the opponent's anti-joint to make it lose its resistance; If you can hit it, you can hit it directly on the opponent's center of gravity. If you can't hit it directly, try to turn your opponent into a suitable shape. The direct manifestations of virtual reality are curves and straight lines. If a part of the opponent is bent or loosened, it will become straight and hard, and straight things will be easily hit. If a part of your opponent is straight and stiff, you can rub it directly or bend it. Twisted things are easy to twist, and it is very easy to play after twisting. If you can't bend the other person's body parts and straighten them, you will wrestle directly on the basis of finger strength. Spiral rotation can be divided into revolution and rotation, forming centripetal force and centrifugal force to achieve winding and torsion, and finally achieving their own unity and gradually achieving the integration of the three. The force of torsion is sufficient. Textile women wear hats at work, not only for hygiene, but also to prevent their hair from being twisted into the machine and causing injuries.

When twisting hands, they are usually carried out in the order of fingers, palms, elbows and shoulders. In fact, the hand, elbow and shoulder turn once each. Soft rope can bind hardwood. When your hand can't turn, don't cut the palm root hard, but put down the little finger, ring finger and middle finger to wrap the silk. After lying down, the thumb and forefinger will continue to wrap the silk in a figure of eight. The key here is to wrap the fingers first, and each finger is carried out in turn according to the fingertip, middle finger and root finger. Whether it can be wound depends mainly on whether the fingertip part is taken first, which is the so-called "walking hand". After the hand is wrapped, the elbow and shoulder circle in turn, which will cause entanglement to each other, otherwise it will be a hard turn and a blind turn. In practical application, when the revolution reaches the opponent's arm directly, the winding wire can be rotated to attack. The contact part should form the largest contact surface and the largest rotatable angle with each other to form the largest torque or range of motion. When rotating, there should be a coupling force, which is equivalent to the drilling force formed when the bit works, otherwise it will be unprincipled "turning around" and "wasting energy" and cannot form an effective impact force.

When twisting, you have to turn around one of your opponent's axes, so it is important to find your opponent's axis. The axis must be straight, vertical or inclined, visible or invisible, inside or outside the opponent's body. For example, when spiraling, it can be carried out around the straight line formed by the fixed point of my body and the center of gravity of the other party. The bottom line is that the circles I rotate are on both sides of this straight line. I also have an axis, which is vertical in principle. It is best to take the vertical axis of the body's center of gravity when the center of gravity moves to one leg. My career should "occupy the axis, not the wheel", and let my opponent stand on my wheel, but I can't stand on the other's wheel. If we compare the enemy and ourselves to two whirlpools, we will introduce each other into my whirlpool, and I can never be "trapped" in each other's whirlpool.

"Virtual is an entity, but it is the application of virtual, and it is the external manifestation of virtual". There are falsehoods and truthfulness in Tai Chi, and there are falsehoods when pushing hands or fighting. Whether the other party is empty or real-time empty, whether the other party is empty or real-time empty, I am real. Void can give birth to reality, so Tai Chi should give priority to vanity and put vanity first. Some people say that "the reality born from god, will and spirit in the void is the inner strength mentioned in Taiji Chuan". You can imagine your opponent as a washbasin with a solid edge and an empty middle. Trying to avoid the enemy's hand (the edge of the basin), without exerting any force at the contact with the other side, and directly entering the enemy circle can also be said to be "avoiding its edge and encircling Wei to save Zhao."

There are two situations when the hand is moving and not moving. I'll connect when the other party moves, and it's best to "empty" the other party. If the other party doesn't move, I'll trick it into moving, and if I don't, I'll pursue it. After grabbing it, spiral attack, knock down the opponent with a twist, rub it out and knock it down. You should wipe it off in the order of elbow and shoulder. When rubbing, it should be rubbed not only on the epidermis, but also on the enemy's flesh and blood. It can be rubbed continuously with the opponent's movements to form a continuous winding that can change with the strength of the opponent.

In actual combat, it is not only too late to deliberately "take the rack", but also too late to entangle, grasp and take it. Twist it when you touch it, hit it when you get up, and try to solve the problem with one or two actions. There is a process of listening or touching before playing. When hitting, the hands should naturally form a resultant force at the fingers (before the fingers can be completely relaxed, they can form a resultant force at the palm root) to form the largest and most favorable entanglement, or at least a joint action.

Move first, then move. After the body and mind are completely relaxed, the center of gravity moves with the pace, and the other party can't catch up, pushing and pushing, and can't find the power point. If I take it, it will be countered, and I can gradually achieve "I can't see my hand, I can't see my hand."

A little progress is not as good as a little retrogression. Tai Ji Chuan doesn't just defend, of course, he can attack directly. However, when the superior or opponent is powerful and impulsive, we can first give priority to defense, have a general sense of strength at the contact point and the whole body, try to stick to the opponent, and then attack the opponent when the opponent's action deformation or power displacement reaches the limit.

Tai Chi masters are covered in "hands". Boxing, walking and hitting can all be "hands are not empty" In the end, Tai Chi masters don't have to attack with their hands. Elbows and shoulders, knees and hips, and every part of the body can be attacked. No matter where you hit, Tai Chi masters can attack continuously with different parts.

"The highest realm of law is impossible, and the highest realm of martial arts is no tricks." Tai Ji Chuan basically exercises himself through his own arc, spiral and other forms of movement, and winds and twists the other side through the power generated by wire winding and wire drawing, so that the other side can put it down comfortably, easily and naturally on the premise of being silent and without warning.
