Black beans, black rice, black sesame seeds, yam, coix seed and lily are boiled into porridge.
I put these in a bowl at noon every day and start cooking porridge when I wash the dishes at night. It takes about 10 minutes for water to become viscous. Turn off the fire and cover it. The next morning, add some water and brown sugar and heat for two minutes.
Eat every day. But be careful that it's spring now, so don't make up for it, lest you get angry.
