Generally, you don't apply for a health center card by fingerprint. If so, there may be hidden clauses in the agreement that you don't know, so you need to pay attention.

You must confirm whether the contract you signed is legal. Article 52 of the Contract Law stipulates that a contract is invalid under any of the following circumstances:

1. One party enters into a contract by means of fraud or coercion, which harms the national interests.

3. Cover up illegal purposes in a legal form.

4, damage the public interest.

5. If it is lawful to violate the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, one party has the right to request the people's court or arbitration institution to modify or terminate the following contracts in Article 54 of the Contract Law: those concluded due to gross misunderstanding. It is obviously unfair when concluding the contract.

If one party leads the other party to conclude a contract against its true meaning by fraud, coercion or taking advantage of others' danger, the injured party has the right to request the people's court or arbitration institution to modify or cancel it. The people's court or arbitration institution shall not revoke the request of the parties.
