What materials do you need to prepare for stewing fresh litchi?
As a native of Guangzhou, especially a teacher-level figure, I have a special liking for making soup and stewing soup. If you have been to Guangzhou and haven't tasted Cantonese soup, you have come to Guangzhou for nothing.

Guangzhou people are very particular about the ingredients of soup, which are basically mixed with meat and vegetables, but generally ginger, red dates, candied dates and so on. Medicinal materials are also added to achieve certain effects. Meat is basically bones, ribs, lean meat, fish, chickens, ducks and so on.

Litchi comes on the market at the beginning of June every year. I like lychees best. Even Su Shi in Song Dynasty wrote "300 lychees a day, and I will grow up to be a Lingnan person". Litchi, sweet and sour, warm in nature, enters the heart, spleen and liver meridians. The pulp has the effects of invigorating spleen and liver, regulating qi and replenishing blood, warming middle warmer and relieving pain, nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind. Litchi seed has the effects of regulating qi, dispersing stagnation and relieving pain, and can also treat rebellion and diarrhea. At the same time, it has the effects of strengthening the brain, strengthening the body, stimulating appetite, strengthening the spleen and stimulating appetite. I recommend two kinds of litchi soup which are relatively simple and easy to make:

First, stewed pork ribs soup with fresh litchi

? Materials: Prepare fresh litchi (generally 6-8 slices), half-1 kg of fresh ribs, 5 red dates and ginger according to the amount of soup.

? Step: 1. Wash ribs, cut ginger into 3 pieces, remove the core from red dates and peel and remove the core from litchi;

2. Add water to the pot, put the ribs in a cold water pot, turn on a big fire, cook the ribs after the pot is opened, and rinse the ribs with blanched water;

3. Put the washed ribs into the stew pot together with litchi, red dates and ginger slices. First, start a big fire. When the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer for an hour. Open the lid and add the right amount of oil and salt.

Second, stewed duck soup with litchi.

? Ingredients: clean duck 1 bird (about1.500g), 8 fresh lychees, proper amount of cooking wine, refined salt, soy sauce and duck oil. ?

? Step: 1. Shelling and coring litchi for later use;

? 2. Wash the duck, blanch it in a boiling water pot until it is half cooked, take it out and dry it, bone it with a knife and cut it into thin meat slices, and add cooking wine, soy sauce and refined salt.

? 3.? Put the pot on the fire, add duck oil and heat it, then spread the duck slices on the bottom, spread lychee meat on the top, pour the boiled duck soup, and simmer until the duck meat is cooked.

Although litchi soup is rich in nutrition, it has certain taboos. People with cold, acute inflammation and other symptoms should not eat litchi, which will aggravate the symptoms.
