The recommended daily intake for adults is 1.0 ~ 1.5 mg. Daily intake of 1.5 ~ 1.6 mg during pregnancy and lactation.

(Usage and dosage) (1) Oral: athlete's foot: 5- 10 mg for adults once, three times a day. Children a day10 mg; Vitamin B 1 deficiency: 5- 10 mg once for adults, 3 times a day; Children should take 10-50 mg divided daily: insufficient pregnancy: 5-10 mg daily; Vitamin B 1 deficiency caused by alcoholism: 40 mg per day.

(2) Recommended daily dietary intake: 0.9mg; for children aged 4-6; Adult (male) 1.4 mg, female 1 mg; Pregnant women1.4 mg; Lactating women 1.5 mg.
