1. Material preparation: separate the chicken breast from the chicken skin (put the chicken skin aside and don't throw it away), soak the dried mushrooms in about 300ml of water to restore their original state, leave the chicken breast, fungus, mushrooms and carrots in the mushroom juice, cut into small pieces, and shred the burdock.

2. Fry the chicken skin in the pan and suck up the excess grease with kitchen paper towels.

5. Add other materials to boil and turn off the fire.
