Laws and regulations on public security management in bathing places
In order to strengthen the sanitary management of bathing places, standardize business practices, prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and protect human health, this specification is formulated in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, the Emergency Regulations for Public Health Emergencies, the Regulations on AIDS Prevention and Control, and the Regulations on Cosmetics Hygiene Supervision.

Legal basis:

Article 2 (1) of the Hygienic Code for Bathing Places is applicable to all bathing places engaged in commercial services in People's Republic of China (PRC) (China), including bathing places (including those set up by guilds, clubs and clubs), sauna centers (including hotels, restaurants, saunas open to the outside world in hotels and entertainment cities, and water bars and spas), bathrooms (including baths and bathing centers). (2) Barbershops, beauty salons, swimming pools, cultural and entertainment places and other public places and catering places set up in bathing places shall comply with the provisions of relevant national health laws, regulations and rules.
